Born in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida in 1961, and a married father of two outstanding children, Chip is an avid water enthusiast - rising to the level of Padi Scuba Instructor. His love of the South Florida Waterways has also driven him to become licensed as a United States Coast Guard Yacht Captain.
A member of Miami Board of Realtors, Chip also served on the Board of Director’s for The Children’s Home Society and served on the Board of Directors for the Weston Chamber of Commerce a council of The Greater Fort Lauderdale Chamber of Commerce.
